Kontras.id (Pohuwato) – Anggota komisi 1 Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, Adhan Dambea lakukan kunjungan kerja ke Desa Hulawa, Kecamatan Buntulia, Kabupaten Pohuwato, Minggu 27/09/2020.
Kunjungan kerja mantan Walikota Gorontalo tersebut di sambut oleh Ketua Komisi lll DPRD Kabupaten Pohuwato Beni Nento, LSM Forhalipa Limonu Hippi, Kepala Desa Hulawa Ilyas Hakim, serta ratusan penambang.
Saat berdialog, Adhan Dambea menampung seluruh aspirasi yang di sampaikan oleh para penambang. Adhan mengaku akan pasang badan untuk mempercepat pengurusan Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat di Kabupaten Pohuwato.
“Insya Allah saya akan pasang badan tentang pengurusan WPR di Pohuwato,” tegas Adhan.
Kata Adhan, berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 3 tahun 2020 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara, diperbolehkan menjadi tambang rakyat.
“Wilayah pertambangan itu di bolehkan oleh undang-undang, jadi tidak ada larangan. bahkan dengan adanya UU Nomor 3 tahun 2020 malah di perluas, yang tadinya 25 hektar perblok, sekarang malah 100 hektar. Yang tadinya 25 meter sekarang 100 hektar hanya persoalannya terlambat pengurusan ijin,” terang Adhan.
Setelah bertemu dengan Adhan Dambea, masyarakat penambang sangat berharap adanya titik terang terkait WPR di kabupaten Pohuwato. Salah satu pengurus Forhalipa, Limonu Hippi mengatakan sebelum ada WPR jangan ada penertiban penambang lokal.
“Harga mati bagi kami sebelum terealisasi WPR, jangan ada penertiban terhadap penambang lokal yang ada,” tukas Limonu.
